Wheat Carrot Cake step by step

  1. Add the baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg powder to the wheat flour and keep it for later use..
  2. Separately in a small bowl mix vinegar in the milk and leave it for 10 mins to curdle..
  3. Meanwhile in a mixing bowl, add sugar, oil, vanilla essence add eggs one by one and whisk it, then add the grated carrots and the curdled milk and blend them well..

Now grease the cake tin and pour the batter into it, preheat the pressure cooker with the stand in it without the whistle and rubber gasket for abt 10 mins, keep the cake tin into the pressure cooker and bake it for about 30-40 mins. Do the toothpick test and put off the cooktop. Leave it to rest in the cooker for few mins and then you may take it out..
