Recipe: Delicious Three chocolates cake

  1. It's 150 grams of dark chocolate.

  1. melt butter.
  2. smash orange cookies.
  3. mix melted butter with cookie powder.
  4. put that mixture in the bottom of a 25cm diameter cake pan.
  5. mix milk and cream and split into 3 equal parts (500ml).
  6. put the first 500ml into a saucepan with the 150gr. of dark chocolate, 75gr.of sugar and one envelope of curd. Heat until boiling (circa 7min)..
  7. Pour dark chocolate mixture into the cakepan..
  8. Same step as with dark chocolate but this time with milk chocolate and 50gr. of sugar.
  9. Pour gently the milk chocolate mixture with an updown spoon into the cakepan.
  10. Same step as with the other chocolates, this time with white chocolate and no sugar.
  11. Pour gently again into thread cakepan.
  12. let the cake rest for at least 2hours in the fridge.

You will note that you may have to bake the cake just a few minutes more. Be sure to check with the skewer for doneness. Break up chocolate bar and over a water bath, melt chocolate bar and butter. Fold one-third of eggs into chocolate mixture until only a few streaks of egg are visible. This decadent masterpiece is adapted from Cooks Illustrated.
