Ingredients of Smoked Mac and Cheese

  1. It's 16 oz of box of elbow macaroni.
  2. You need 1 pinch of salt.
  3. You need 1 cup of milk.
  4. You need 10 3/4 oz of can of cheddar cheese soup.
  5. You need 3 cup of mild cheddar cheese.



Smoked Mac and Cheese instructions

  1. Preheat smoker to 200.
  2. Boil macaroni for 8-12 minutes with a pinch of salt, according to the directions on the box.
  3. Drain and rinse macaroni.
  4. Return macaroni to the pan and add in milk and cheddar cheese soup, mix thoroughly.
  5. Place mixture in a disposable aluminum baking pan.
  6. Cover with mild cheddar cheese.
  7. Add wood chips to the smoker and place mac and cheese in.
  8. Allow mac and cheese to smoke for 1 hr.
