- You need 1 of thinly sliced prosciutto.
- You need 1 of spinach.
- It's 1 of Shredded Asiago cheese.

- You need 1 of garlic cloves.
- Prepare 1 of Shallot.
Mini Quiche in Prosciutto cups instructions
- Slice shallot in thin strips and dice garlic.
- Saute garlic and shallot in tablespoon of olive oil to caramelize.
- Add spinach to pan to wilt and salt.
- Beet eggs.
- Heat oven to 375.
- Line cupcake tray with 1 slice if prosciutto fold to fit the cup.
- When cooled add spinach, garlic and shallot mixture to beaten eggs.
