- either roll out pastry to about 2cm thickness and cut out pastry circles to fit prepared patty tins to create pastry shells , i used an egg ring for size to fit tins , and prick inside bottom of pastry shells with a fork to prevent it from rising . lightly egg wash pastry shells inside and place in heated oven for 12-15 minutes or till lightly golden , remove from heat and let cool in trays for couple minutes then remove from trays or foil cases to cool completely on a wire rack ..
- in a bowl whisk the eggs then add the milk and whisk them together then pour evenly into prepared pastry shells to 3/4 full . add a tomato slice then a few bits of silver beet then some of the capsicum and a little of the basil and oregano or basil and dill then sprinkle some feta cheese in it followed by little parsley and finished with pinch of salt and cracked pepper ..
