- You need of Chicken pieces 500g.
- It's 1 tbsp of Ginger garlic paste.
- It's 1 of Onion small chopped.
- It's 3 of Tomatoes medium.

- You need 1/2 cup of Oil.
- Prepare 1.5 tsp of Coriander crushed.
- Prepare 1.5 tsp of Zeera crushed.
- It's 1 tsp of Red chilli flakes.
- Prepare 1 of Green chillies minced.
- Prepare 1/4 tsp of Garam masala powder.
- It's 1/4 tsp of Haldi.
- It's 1 tbsp of Lemon juice.
- You need 1 tsp of Salt.
- You need 1/2 tsp of Chaat masala.
- You need of Koyla for smoke.
- It's of Coriander leaves for garnishing.
- It's of Ginger julienne for garnishing.
Dhaba Koyla Karahi & Naans instructions
- In oil fry crushed coriander and zeera for a minute. Add onions and fry until golden.
- Add ginger garlic paste to the oil and fry more. Add green chillies and chicken..
- Fry on high flame for 5 minutes then add yogurt and cook for 10 minutes..
- Add all the spices and tomatoes and cook very well..
- Cover the lid for 10 minutes and keep the flame high. Water will be released and chicken would be tender in it.
- Uncover and cook until oil separates..
