  1. You need of Chicken pieces 500g.
  2. It's 1 tbsp of Ginger garlic paste.
  3. It's 1 of Onion small chopped.

  5. You need 1/4 cup of Yogurt.
  6. You need 1/2 cup of Oil.
  7. Prepare 1.5 tsp of Coriander crushed.
  8. Prepare 1.5 tsp of Zeera crushed.

  10. Prepare 1 of Green chillies minced.
  11. Prepare 1/4 tsp of Garam masala powder.
  12. It's 1/4 tsp of Haldi.
  13. It's 1 tbsp of Lemon juice.
  14. You need 1 tsp of Salt.
  15. You need 1/2 tsp of Chaat masala.
  16. You need of Koyla for smoke.
  17. It's of Coriander leaves for garnishing.
  18. It's of Ginger julienne for garnishing.



Dhaba Koyla Karahi & Naans instructions

  1. In oil fry crushed coriander and zeera for a minute. Add onions and fry until golden.
  2. Add ginger garlic paste to the oil and fry more. Add green chillies and chicken..
  3. Fry on high flame for 5 minutes then add yogurt and cook for 10 minutes..
  4. Add all the spices and tomatoes and cook very well..
  5. Cover the lid for 10 minutes and keep the flame high. Water will be released and chicken would be tender in it.
  6. Uncover and cook until oil separates..
  7. Give coal smoke to your karahi and garnish with coriander leaves and ginger..
  8. Serve hot with naans ❤.
