  1. It's 4 cups of wheat flour.
  2. Prepare 1 tbsp of baking powder.
  3. You need 1/4 of th tsp baking soda.
  4. Prepare 1 tsp of salt or as per taste.
  5. It's 1 cup of yogurt.
  6. It's 4 tbsp of oil.
  7. You need 1 cup of lukewarm water for kneading.

  1. Take bowl and add yogurt, salt, flour, baking powder, baking soda, oil and knead soft dough with lukewarm water. cover it and rest for 1 hour..
  2. Now after 1 hour make balls with dough as we made for making normal chapati. Roll the ball and make sure that it's thickness is larger than normal roti.Sprinkle some crushed ginger, coriander and kalvonji. Roll it again a little bit so that they stick to naan. apply the water in generous amount to the lower side of naan so that it would stick to tawa. Please make sure you should aluminium tawa. Donot use non skick pan other wise naan will not stick..
  3. Preheat tawa for 10min. Place the side of naan on tawa having enough amount of water. keep the flame very low. When bubbles come on the surface of naan after 2-3mins, flip the tawa and move in circular motion so that every side is evenly cooked..
  4. Apply some butter on top for extra taste and serve hot with chicken karahi or qourma😊.

I have been MIA for almost a week. Here I have used whole wheat flour for making this recipe. While using whole wheat flour the flatbread just gets a tad dark but very tasty. Obviously if you plain flour the naan will be light and more fluffy. Even though there is No yeast added these naans will sure turn out super soft and can be enjoyed with a spicy curry.
