Make Aarti Sequeira's Naan, or Indian Oven-Baked Flatbread, to go with an authentic curry, dal or stew, from Aarti Party on Food Network. After one hour punch the dough down and divide into eight equal balls. Using a rolling-pin, roll each piece of dough into an oval shape. Simple naan breads, flavoured with garlic and fresh coriander, are quick and easy to make. Though traditionally cooked in a tandoori oven (a clay oven that can reach very high temperatures), this naan bread is made in a hot skillet on the stovetop.
