  1. ڈو کے تمام اجزاء مکس کر کے نیم گرم پانی سے سافٹ گوندھ لیں.
  2. ڈو کو ڈھک کے نیم گرم جگہ پر دو گھنٹے لازمی رکھیں.
  3. پھر دو یا تین بالز بنا کر بیل کر چمچ کی ڈنڈی سے نشان لگا کر گریسڈ ٹرے پر رکھ کر مزید بیس منٹ چھوڑیں.
  4. گھی میں تل مکس کر کے برش کریں180ڈگری پر بیک کریں اوپر کلر آنے تک.
  5. پھر اوون سے نکال کر پانی اسپرے کر کے کپڑے سے کور کر کے رکھیں مزید گھی برش کر کے.
