Red velvet cake instructions
- Seive maida,cocoa powder,baking soda and baking powder 2-3 times.
- Beat butter. Add sugar and beat well till fluffy.

- Add red food colour and give it a nice mix.
- Grease a pan and sprinkle some flour and pour this mixture to it.
- Preheat oven at 180 degree.
- Bake this cake for 40-45 mins till a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool it completely and cut into half horizontally.
- Mix whipping cream powder with milk and beat well.
- ADd icing sugar and beat till soft peaks appear.
- Spread some whipped cream all over the cake and place the other layer over it..cover all with whipped cream.
- Made designs using a piping bag and nozzle..decorate with the cake crumbs.
- Serve.
