Red velvet cake instructions

  1. Seive maida,cocoa powder,baking soda and baking powder 2-3 times.

  9. Bake this cake for 40-45 mins till a toothpick comes out clean.
  10. Cool it completely and cut into half horizontally.
  11. Mix whipping cream powder with milk and beat well.
  12. ADd icing sugar and beat till soft peaks appear.
  13. Spread some whipped cream all over the cake and place the other layer over it..cover all with whipped cream.
  14. Made designs using a piping bag and nozzle..decorate with the cake crumbs.
  15. Serve.
