Ingredients of Homemade naan
- Prepare 2 cups of Flour.
- You need 1/2 cup of Atta.
- Prepare 1 tsp of Salt.
- It's 1 tbsp of Sugar.
- Prepare 1 tbsp of Yeast.
- Prepare 1 of Egg.
- You need 4 tbsp of Oil.
- It's 4 tbsp of Yogurt.
- Prepare 1/4 tsp of Baking soda.
- It's of Lukewarm milk as required.
- You need of Sesame seeds as required.
- Prepare of Kalaunji as required.
- You need of Butter as required.
- Prepare of Coriander leaves 1 tbsp.
- Prepare of Water to make naan wet from top.
Homemade naan step by step
- In a bowl add in flour, atta, salt, sugar, yeast & baking soda. Mix it well..
- Next add in yogurt, egg & oil and mix it..
- Finally make a dough with Lukewarm milk and keep it aside covered for 2 hours till it rise..
- Make small balls and then put it on a greased plate & cover again for 15 minutes..
- Now take each ball, dust in flour and flatten it..
- Put on a greased pan, make holes with fork and slightly wet your hands and tap the top part..
- Sprinkle sesame seeds & kalunji..
- Bake at the highest temperature of the oven till done for about 5 minutes..
- Once it's done, brush lavishly with butter & coriander leaves..
- Serve hot !!.
