- Whipp egg whites on high speed for 5 mins until fluffy.

- Bake for 30-40mins.
- When its ready, remove from oven and wait for 10mins and then remove from the baking tin.
- Let the cake cool for around 1hr.
- Level it, and start layering it with whip cream.
