- It's 1 cup of half and half.
- It's 4 large of eggs.
- Prepare 2 tbsp of all-purpose flour.
- Prepare 1 3/4 cup of shredded mozzarella.
- Prepare 1/4 cup of asiago cheese, grated.
- Prepare 1 tsp of salt.
- Prepare 1/4 tsp of black pepper.
- You need 1/2 tsp of hot sauce, I use sriracha.

- Preheat oven to 450°F..
- In a large bowl beat eggs,, half and half, salt, pepper and hot sauce..
- After you have drained the artichokes, finely chop them..
- Add artichokes, drained spinach and cheeses. Fold into mix..
- Pour into prepared pie crust..
- Place quiche on a baking tray and bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown..
