Alu wala naan step by step

  10. Now take a pressure cooker lid and a tawa. At a medium flame preheat tawa.place the cooker's lid on tawa and leave for a min.
  11. Take out the dough knead it for a min. And make four balls flatten the balls a bit. Flatten the balls such that the corners should be sightly thinner than the center.
  12. In the centre put potato filling and fold from all sides makin a ball. Now flatten it with roller. Sprinkle some sesame seeds and dhania and brush milk on top..
  13. Uncover tawa and put the naan on it. Cover it again for a minwith cooker's lid now when the naan's base is cooked either turn it over or cook from top in the oven for 3 min.... Naan is ready to serve.
