Like my most cake recipes, this carrot cake is also made with whole wheat flour. though you can also make it with all-purpose flour. Ingredients of Whole wheat eggless Carrot cake

  1. It's 2 of medium Carrots, peeled and grated.
  2. Prepare For of Dry ingredients-.
  3. Prepare 1 cup of Whole wheat flour.
  4. Prepare 1/4 cup of Corn flour.
  5. Prepare 1 tsp of Baking powder.
  6. Prepare 1/2 tsp of Soda-bi-carb.
  7. It's 1 tsp of Cinnamon powder.
  8. You need 1 pinch of Nutmeg Powder.
  9. Prepare other of ingredients-.
  10. You need 200 gms of Condensed milk.
  11. It's 1/2 cup of Oil.
  12. You need 2 tbsp of Sugar.
  13. You need 1 tbsp of Honey.
  14. You need 1/2 cup of Milk.

The cake tastes good and is filling. To make eggless carrot cake I have used whole wheat flour entirely. The cake is denser and a bit of darker shade due to wheat flour. This eggless carrot cake with whole wheat and oats is healthy, easy to make and you can make it in the pressure cooker.



Whole wheat eggless Carrot cake step by step

  1. Line the loaf tin with the butter paper, keep aside. Preheat the oven to 150 degrees Celsius..
  2. In a bowl sift the dry ingredients together. Add the grated carrots to the sifted ingredients..
  3. In another bowl, beat the condensed milk using an electric mixer, for 5 minutes till it is light in colour and a slightly fluffy. Now add 2 tbsp, of sugar one at the time and keep beating. Add the honey and beat again..
  4. Add the oil and beat till it mix well with the condensed milk and sugar. Next goes in half of the flour and carrot mix along with ¼ cup of milk. Mix it well using the electric mixer..
  5. Repeat with rest of the flour mix and milk. Mix well. Transfer the batter to the Loaf tin. Bake for 40 minutes..
  6. Remove from the oven on a wire rack and cool. Once cool remove the cake from the tin and cut into thick slices and serve with coffee or tea..

It turns out very soft, moist and adding powdered cinnamon and nutmeg give. I learnt this carrot cake using all purpose flour and eggs from her. This eggless carrot cake is one of the easiest to bake & frost as well. It turns out soft & tastes delicious with a lovely aroma of spice powders.
